My back was tweaked from Tuesday's 380 deadlift so I busted out the weight belt just in case and went light. I intended to go 95 or 115 but my ego wouldn't let me. If I say I'm going light I should stick with it and not worry about how it looks.
As for the WOD the time as average. I didn't use the takeoff position to get that loaded hamstring. I didn't know if my back could handle it. Instead I went from the high hang and concentrated on speed through the middle. Down and up torso upright and shoulders behind the bar on the triple extension. I did notice that I leaned over the bar a few times. Gotta stay back!!
