WOD #1 at 5:30 a.m.

-25 kb swings (1.5/1)

WOD Results: 19:35

WOD #2 at 6:00 p.m.

Back Squat:
1X8 @ 75%,
1X5 @ 80%
1X5 @ 85%,
1X3 @ 90%,
1X3 @ 95%
- rest 1:00-2:00 between sets.

WOD Results: See picture. That was a tough wod. Maybe I should have stuck to the programming instead of taking one part of it and merging it with C3's programming.
